Starbucks - San Angelo

I came for a brown sugar espresso cold brew with sweet cream and carmel. What I got was coffee with Creamer I could have done at home. It now had taste for what I just spent with it. The person who takes my order asked me 30 questions and still got it wrong. I ordered this 30 times and never tasted. I'll pour it out.

I love going to Starbucks, everyone is so friendly, always smiling. I love the smell of coffee, and then they always have different cups to choose, cannot leave Starbucks without a new cup everService: 5/5

I would have got one of the items that were in stock because they were almost all sandwiches, but the bad customer service led me to make no purchase at all.

Satisfactory as every starbucks is quite consistent and only keeps standards good. This location is small not much parking and in the middle of two streets. It could probably update a bit. it seems somehow dated. Parking: limited parking
