The General Public San Antonio

One more first was never here and I love it. Great atmosphere, great, friendly waitress and good food. Waiting for the food was quite long, but I wasn't in a hurry, and definitely worth waiting. The Ribeye Steak Sand, which was very tasty, and with these crispy points, Sooo good. My maid had the Bacon Burger with a Fried Egg and Pommes. She also had one side of the Crispy Brussel Sprouts with the Bacon Jam, and I would definitely get it back. The taste was wonderful, and hot, and fresh. As always, they try and let me know what you think and my 2 cents.

Terrible! When we arrived, we were told that their reservation system was downstairs and they had no room for us. I insisted because I had actually made a reservation so that they finally put us in one of the many empty tables. It took at least 20 minutes to even see our server. ordered drinks and waited at least 20-30 min and she got our order wrong. The food lasted forever and when it arrived, both medium-sized Tylloins were well made and looked honestly microwave. No steak knives. Asked for blue cheese crumbs and received a strange blue cheese seasoned paste. Wine glass was dirty. Very moderate overall and will not return. If you want a wonderful experience worth every penny, go to Silo. I wish we hadn't tried anything new.

First visit. Sit quickly, but wait for order a little long. Server was apologetic and attentive to our table. The ducks and the tail were delicious. Great food quality and presentation. Portion size was also generous. Would recommend others.

My friend and I came to Brunch on Sunday. We were quick to sit and service immediately. Our server was amazing and checked on us in a timely way [what I could remember her name: . We had ordered the breakfast Tator deaths, filled mushrooms and chicken Caesar salad, all were AMAZING! and we enjoyed the beer and the shot combination they offer on their drinks menu! We're coming back!

Not very busy for a Sunday which caught me by surprise but I did arrive right at 11. Quick to get seated and servers were ok. The presentation of the food is nice. Small portion for French toast for almost $13. But it was GOOD Pitcher of Sangria was great and Arugula and avocado toast was probably my favorite. Laid back environment and definitely will be back.
