Best iced latte ever! Browned butter caramel latte is amazing. Large building, great atmosphere!

Popular coffee shop and co-working space. We went at 10 am on a Tuesday and there were only a couple of seats left. There were LOTS of people co-working there. It's definitely the biggest coffee shop I've been to, and has that industrial vibe to it. I got the honest John, which was advertised as having slightly sweet notes while still tasting like coffee. Apple Scone along with Chai Tea with Honestly John Syrup…Yummy!

I made several trips into Salt Lake City between the months of April and September 2022. Publik is a real charming venue. But. The staff is needlessly slow. The coffee really is nothing special. And the jalapeno cheese scone that I had the other day was flat out stale. I've decided that I have given this place enough chances. I'm really disappointed because this place could be amazing. Publik is always great! The staff is really friendly, service is fast, and the place is always clean. It's a great spot to stop for a cup of coffee with a friend, or to post up and get some work done. It's usually fairly busy, but the noise level is low despite that. Great spot!
