Au Temps Gourmand - Sallèles-d'Aude

We really enjoyed our evening in this beautiful little restaurant. the service was attentive and very friendly. eating was easy, unpretentious and a real joy to eat. in everything we could not have asked for more.

The pleasant small restaurant in Sallèles-d’Aude with excellent local cuisine, pleasant atmosphere and very good service. we have visited au temps gourmand in the last few years. we still found it so good. the whole meal was excellent, but the highlight was an appetizer: Galette...du maïs, Truite Foumée with greens and a crème fraîche sauce, a very good local white wine to go with it.

It is a simple, small restaurant, nicely furnished with large service and eating. the menu has a good selection and (unusual) a list of different shells. the food itself is cooked to perfection and was really enjoyed by all of us. desserts were also amazing. it fills, so make sure to book in advance and give yourself a tasty bite when in salleles!

We have a holiday home in narbonne and stumbled about when we were looking for houses! what a jewel. simple French food and the chef is always on the square. courses for under e. his desserts are only worth visiting. beautiful little one. space with great service from a young lady. we are at least four times here

Excellent little restaurant in Salleles d'Aude. The food local, honest and very, very good. The service is personal and very pleasant. A must in Sallelles d'Aude.
