Burgerim - Salinas Ca

Food was okay small 2 sliders and 1 drink 22oz but the price was kinda steep for 12.57 ‍No free refills either so try not to drink too much well trying to eat your food The music was okay but it was mostly playing Hispanic music about shooting up people ‍I was going to use the bathroom but when I went inside it was covered with urine aka **** or pee how ever you want to call it was the most disgusting thing I think someone hit the sink Napkin holder was empty and dusty If you made it this far I pray to the Hamburger gods this place gets fixed I really wanted to love this place it was my first time but I think it emotionally scared me to not ever come back Burger was decent so 2 stars over all because the food was ok

Drove here from seaside, ca on this rainy day. Stoped by Salinas mall looking for a good burger. Burgerim has delicious burgers my son and I had combo one and two meat is delicious. They had Mexican music playing while we had lunch, server offered us to change the tv channel but there was really no need. The place has good food, good vibes. I would love to come back at a later time for a beer and such. I will definitely make this our burger spot every time we come to Salinas Ca.

Rude customer service I had ordered and made a request to add sweet potatoes in the burger and they told me rudely that they allowed it for today but I can't customize my burger will be speaking to the corporate about this issue

Burger lacked flavor and the fries weren't great. Nice staff, though, and the place was cute.

My prediction is this restaurant won't be open at this location next year. Poor customer service. Very high prices, I wasn't made to feel welcome there. And the owner needs to learn business 101. Should have gone across the street to Chick-fil-A.
