She said too bad I can't do anything about it. When I asked her for a refund because she didn't want to repair my pizza, she didn't say too bad for you, I was extremely confused why she didn't want it. I had online order with toping that I paid extra and she didn't give me my money back then she was a hot and ready and threw it on me. I had paid for extra toppings on my pizza and she could take care less! She shouldn't be a manager at all! It is extremely unprofessional extremely rude has no way of knowing about customer service!
I had the worst service ever at this restaurant. The person in charge seemed to be more focused on singing "El Chino Anthrax" than providing good service, which made it feel like a chaotic situation. I will never return here and I will inform my friends to avoid this place as well. It's clear that they think they are above their customers, but maybe they should consider that their attitude reflects poorly on them, especially if they are just earning minimum wage.

The wait for my pizza was over 45 minutes when I ordered it through the app. My order was supposed to be ready by 8:11 PM, and it’s already 8:45 PM, but it’s still not finished!
People on the lobby were coming out faster than an online order I placed for pick up. I ordered at 7:14pm. It said 20 minutes. I went in to ask after 30 minutes and not ready yet. I was out the door with my food at 8:06pm. The tag on my receipt said my order was taken at 7:44pm. There might be a system issue.
