The first thing that hit me when I walked in was the overwhelming smell of sewage. It made me immediately hesitant to order, adding to my anxiety. Instead, I opted for fries and a McFlurry, while my husband ordered a Big Mac meal. As we waited, I noticed several red flags that made me glad I hadn't ordered anything more complex. One of the grill cooks was wearing a cowboy hat (which didn't seem to be keeping his hair in check). I also saw him wipe sweat from his nose with his gloves on, then continue working. I brought it to the attention of the counter person, who seemed to understand my disgust. If it weren't for my husband, I would have left due to the smell. I certainly wouldn't have eaten anything touched by that grill cook. I managed to finish my McFlurry, but we decided to take our food to go rather than dine in.
I have visited this restaurant in the past and it was okay, but today I stopped by and I didn't feel comfortable eating in the dining area because it was dirty and there was a bad smell. The employees were talking about when they could go home, which was not very professional. The manager on duty today definitely needs better training. The drive-thru was busy, but the inside was empty and dirty.
