Best restaurant Wagyu Steak in North Japan. They visited 7 years and never had less than a perfect meal. The owner Isao san prepares Wagyu Beef on site from the prefecture of Yamagata and although he looks intimidating, he is creepy and always on a laugh that is if he is not carefully grilled beef. (He also looks like his Idol Dwayne of Rock Johnson).

Just for one night. Google showed me towards this restaurant, and Google did not fail. Amazing steak, rice and drinks.

I'm here for the first time today. Taste and atmosphere were great. Owner was also a good guy.

素敵なマスターと素敵なお店！ 肉はもちろん、最高に美味しかったです。

ジンジャエールが高い(300円弱 お水があまり旨くないといった欠点は 有るものの、スープは旨いし 付け合わせのサラダは色合い、味、食感 文句なしの出来映えです。 ハンバーグプレートを頼んだんですが ハンバーグはもっちりふっくらジューシーで お薦め出来ます 轍(wadachi のメニューはコストの張るものが多いですが、クオリティーも高いので 誰かとお食事する際には良いでしょうね。 店内の音響が良く、スタイリッシュな 店内とマッチしています。 隠れ家的なお店ですね
