I bought fries for my daughter, its cold and bitterness in taste. They never served fresh food; always disappointed
Was the only person in line and order was called out without the order number which would of confirmed if I was my order or not but no didnt call out a number and the order that was called out had the same item as me so I walked up and took it and the employee didnt say anything so I took it and left. Realized it wasnt my order and went back and told them I had the wrong order and the employee was incredibly rude and blamed me for it when he didnt call out the number or stop me and then made a comment about how the order I took had to be thrown and was wasted even though it was his mistake. Plus they messed up multiple other orders while I was waiting. Employees there should have more respect for the employees if the actual store that the restaurant is located in as we help revive their product. Ice cream machine down at 830 pm, double drive thru shut down to one lane, pull ahead and park for the drive thru . It 's always something with this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
