I didn't see how she changed the original glove. When I brought them to their attention, she swears to me that she changed the glove, although I watched her all the time. then a posture went in because I asked her if she changed her glove. Last visit. if something to make the customers feel comfortable, it would have changed the gloves.
FREAKY SLOW... Took over an hour for one sandwich. They need to have some kind of warning on the app that will let you know when they are having delays. The sandwiches aren't that good, but when you're in a hurry they do the job. Waiting an hour for Jimmy John's is absurd
Worst customer service and delivery experience I’ve received at any Jimmy Johns. The delivery took over 1 hour and 20 minutes even though the delivery address provided was 5 minutes away. When calling to check on the status of the order the employee yelled at me, told me to refuse the order and dared me to report the store on the feedback page and then told me they were no longer going to accept calls. Very disappointed.
They had me in and out right away. They even knew the prices and ingredients out of their heads.
Delivery isn't remotely fast. Just go pick up your food if you want it fast. I called to inquire where my food was and the person I got didn't ask for my order information just made an excuse for the delivery driver saying they got rushed with orders. How do you know if my order was even sent out? Guess I'll find out when it doesn't show for another hour.
