Racanelli's Pizzeria - Saint Peters

Pizza was tasty! The place was very laidback, comfortable. Not a place for a fancy time, but good to grab a slice. Wish the prices were a little lower that they cleaned up a bit better. Food was still under the tables and tables weren’t completely wiped down.

There 's a sure thing awaiting you in St. Peters inside the walls of Racanelli 's. I have been coming here for years with friends family and business compatriots. Not only am I always greeted with a warm and hard-working heart and solid customer service, I get fresh tasy food thst has always hit the spot. Today was no different. Fast quality service with an accent 'd 'thank you, see you next time! ' that puts the period on the end of my lunch meal platter. Great work and product to be sure.

Traditional style NY Pizza Square feeling, the service was friendly and hospitable. Meatball Sub and Chicken Parm were fine. While the taste was good, the Mozzarella cheese used is not right for authentic NY pizza and subs. I'm pretty sure this is a pre-reduced mozzerella mixture that comes in a bag against blocks that must be shredded. The great differences are that preshrunk is mixed with corn starch and when it cools from really hot (burn your mouth) to a warm (preferably temp) it is elasticity and type of chewing like a cheese pin.

Solid pizza and crew that made it. I called and asked for two big pizzas. I just said to make her 2 most popular pizzas and they were fantastic.

5 stars are not enough. Six stars. Best pizza. Henry and his team always offer excellent quality and customer service. Very recommended
