My favorite dedicated gluten free, celiac safe pizza place in all of the twin cities! The entire kitchen is gluten and wheat free. The owners are super transparent about their cooking process and the ingredients they use. The pizza tastes delicious and I will continue going back. The shop is only take out though, not dine in.

You don't find a Celiac friendly gem like this in much of the US. This pizza is amazing even if it's NOT gluten free, but luckily, it is. 3 celiacs in my family, no one ever feels ill. Thank you so much.

So awesome that they have gf df options! The Greek pizza was good!!
