Pizza Hut - Saint Paul

If you enjoy your pizza with the crust looking like it was stepped on by an elephant, a tsp of sauce for the entire pizza, cheese so thinly layered where you can see the crust, than this is the place for you! Have healthy, strong teeth? You will need them. I imagine eating this pizza resembles how my dogs feel eating a rawhide. For paying over $40 I expected food to be edible but maybe that's just me? I mean for $40 I could have had Arbys twice! They actually load the meat and cheese assuming you just might be hungry and want to fill up, not break your teeth. Lemme tell you, the stars in the ratings dont lie. I hardly ever order pizza hut and now I know why. My daughter refused to eat it and I see why. The cheese that you do see over half the slice is the cheese that belongs in the crust.

This Pizza Hut got my address wrong along with my order. They brought my food nearly three and half hours after I ordered!! If I could give them a zero I would. By far the worst Pizza Hut in the twin cities!!!! Choose Falcon Heights Pizza Hut at your own risk.

2 hours later, cold pizza, cold and soggy wings, wrong dipping sauce. Driver expected me to go to their car door and get the pizza.... manager said he would give me a $15 credit. Ha. My bill was $45 that the delivery driver made sure to text me when I was standing in the doorway. I?m normally really understanding when it comes to delivery. But 2 hours later... really!?

If you like to gamble than this is the place for you. The odds of getting exactly what you ordered is small. If day there is a 25% chance of then getting the items right if you have more than 3. They forget ranch, marinara sauce and silverware constantly. I?ve tried to give them a chance but I will no longer order from here. Sick of not getting what I paid for.

Me and my kids ordered pizza online and it came and the pizza was burnt and my kids would only be able to eat a few bits and then the cinnabons had like no frosting! Thats about 22$ in food messed up and and its already 1030 pm by the time we got our food and they wanted to give us a 10$ credit now they are replacing the food and its going to be midnight before my kids get to eat! I will not ever order from this location and the person on the phone was very snappy and I'm a manager and IF ever i treated a customer with kids like i was treated I wouldn't have a job!
