The pneumatic machine for tires is too often out of order. If you have a machine to pay for customers, keep it working at least at times.

Four star just for the black guy with red and red bandana on all the time. I think he's the coolest. Most of the other employees...eh could use more people skills. Other then that i used to go here almost every morning before i go to work, but I'm changing store, going to the one on Minnehaha.. better people and things are more stocked.

Slowest car wash in the cities! Takes nearly 10 mn for one car to go through. You could sit in line for 20-50 mn. plus depending on the line. Unusually slow.

To busy talking to each other about person life to check out customers. When ask can one of yall check us out, it felt like I should go somewhere else ? Only coming here because it's close to home and I believe in trying to keep the dollar in the neighborhood.

Long waiting line during the morning rush hours. Need more staff/cashier. One of the cashier was rude and he also was talking to another staff using profanity words while helping me and there were other customers around and behind me. No respect at all!
