Caribou Coffee - Saint Paul

Really nice staff. Don't order nitro. If you have it for one minute or two, they have set their machines so that you can only have a half cup. If Nitro is what you want, go to an independent shop or Starbucks.

It's always good that someone makes coffee for me. And the best coffee, too. And a great place to get a gift card for the postman and anyone else who does something for you. Go on.

Terrible customer service from a certain male employee. I should've got his name, but he hated his job. Not to mention that he made my mocha so hot that she immediately scaled my tongue. I work at Starbucks and my brother and my friend at caribou, so I just want to say that I know terrible service and that was definitely it. Won?t come back and I propose to others to choose a new caribou for a high quality service.

I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with a turtle ****. It was wonderful. The staff was friendly. I'm back.

Plan ahead note: the bathrooms are accessed through Bruegger?s (straight to the back) Review: Love this Caribou! I often stop here after picking up bagels next store. The baristas are always great and when I do mobile orders, my drink is always sitting and waiting for me. Never had an issue at this location.
