Bethany in White Bear Lake was fantastic! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Great Caribou location! Huge room, spp. for a caribou, they can sometimes be quite small. Service was friendly and fast. I made my order right. Many places to sit and work or meet people. What was super cool is that they did not see things in other places like a night oats, fried chicken biscuit sandwich and also green smoothies that were only 160 calories.

Every since Bethany became the manager this store has really gone downhill. She is really rude and it is rubbing off on her employees. This is the drink she made as manager and this is one of the worse presentations I've seen from a manager. Very sloppy and how did whip cream get half-way down the cup. I come here daily and spend my money just to get poor customer service and poor presentation.
