Burger King - Saint Paul

Drive thru was fast and efficient. Food was Hot! And everything was in the bag. One of the better BK's I've been to. It's nice when the food is fresh.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I understand we ordered alot, BUT that isn't an excuse to give such poor customer service.

This is a review of the Burger King at 2151 Snelling Ave in Roseville MN.

It is a fast eating so that the food quality will vary between everyone, but I always loved bk so it doesn't say much. I recommend trying. food: 5/5

Where do I start?The woman who was in the drive thru was RUDE AS HELL rushing us to order...just to give us the WRONG order and NO receipt. When I tried to enter the store to place a complaint, the door was locked.I later found out that this rude lady working the drive thru was actually the manager.I really have gathered a distaste for the restaurants of Saint Paul overall. This was a particularly bad experience and I am tired of spending my money here and never getting what I ask for.
