Incredible authentic cuisine! Everything is fresh and tastes absolutely delicious! A true delight for the palate!

I tried some Uyghur and Nordic Chinese lamb dishes, and I was certainly satisfied by the portions here. I absolutely loved it! The staff who served me were amazing. I will definitely be returning.

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waitstaff greeted us with an awful attitude—very rude and impatient. The worst moment came when we found a sticker still attached to a sliced red bell pepper in one of our dishes. When we asked the waitress about it, she rudely shouted that the restaurant doesn't wash their vegetables and told us to just deal with it, as if we were overreacting. We definitely won’t be returning.

Soooo Yummy. We had the pig slaughterer with white rice, the lamb chili-tank, beef roast rice and the pig liver with vegetables. Everything was delicious and the portions were huge. HUGE! I brought two boxes and a bucket home. I've made two meals from it and there's more. The aromas and textures are amazing. Great customer service. Will recommend and return.

Our family went to visit Washington University at St. Louis in the summer. We found this small restaurant by accident and decided to give it a try. We are from Cleveland and like to sample Chinese food in the big cities. I cook Chinese food well at home and am usually picky about the qualities of Chinese food served in Chinatowns. I have to admit Yummy 17 serves genuine Chinese food! Their dumplings are among the best I have ever had. Great taste, great price, great service! Look forward going there next time in town. One thing I don't understand is why they don't accept tips.
