Hot Box Cookies - Saint Louis

I want to express my disappointment and frustration regarding a recent experience I had at this location. I stopped in on July 11 around 9pm hoping to enjoy some freshly baked cookies. However, I was informed that the store was already out of cookies, despite the store's scheduled closing time being two hours away.

Terrible customer service. Young lady working on 7/21/23 around 4pm cst did not speak or greet us coming in. We had to speak to her and she was very dry when she did speak. Took the order and tossed them on the counter instead of handing us out 2 cookies. She needs training and a better attitude greeting customers so people will want to come back. Cookies were just ok. Overcooked and didn't taste that great like they normally do. ?

To the young lady who knew I was having a rough night made it infinitely better, thank you so much. Awesome customer service very kind. Young woman with reddish/brown hair Wednesday night, didn’t catch her name!

Good cookies, and normally I love this place, but I ordered milk with my cookies and while it was listed as not expiring for another month, it tasted kinda funny. Powered through my glass, and there was large chunks at the bottom of the glass. Not sure how it had gone bad, but was grossed out.
