We visited on a Saturday around 1 PM with a group of about nine people, and since there were only a few other customers, we had plenty of space. Eat Sandwiches is especially famous for their French dip, which is excellent by the way, but the menu offers a lot more options, including the Cuban, Meatloaf, Pork, and BLT. I've also heard that the Teriyaki Tofu is really good. Our group each chose a different sandwich, and everyone was thrilled with their selection. Plus, they offer craft beer! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Eat Sandwiches, and if you're a fan of sandwiches like we are, we highly recommend checking this place out. Cheers! #fortheloveofsandwiches #sandwichclubstl
Charming and cozy little sandwich shop. The menu is somewhat limited but offers interesting options that are well-prepared. They use fresh ingredients and great breads!
Do you remember the blog "Stuff White People Like"? This restaurant totally reminded me of that, especially the part about "Expensive Sandwiches." The service was excellent, and the food was tasty, but wow—$27 for two lunches! I had the Cuban sandwich, and my wife chose the tofu; both were really good. The potato salad was just okay, but I preferred the pasta, even though it had a strong olive flavor. For a dollar, they were a decent choice!
This is the most amazing sandwich shop I have EVER been to! The people are SUPER nice, great quality, and nice interior! Sometimes the owners children greet people, take orders, or serve! There is a little chalkboard or your little ones that get cleaned ever night so that your kiddos get a clean board that they can make their masterpieces on! I recommend the Cuban, French Dip, and the BLT. Good for vegetarians, and your carnivores! Got a bowl for the doggos, and some great, fresh, hot food and quality! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Everyone should support this place, so happy i stopped in. Me and my fiance split the meatloaf and the dip sandwich and they were both excellent. It's hard for me to say which one was the better of the 2 as they were both really amazing creations. I really look forward to going back to try the Cuban and the Jerk Chicken. So happy this is close to my house.
