Le Chalet de Chanteraine - Saint-Lizier

We are not disappointed with our passage in this restaurant without pretention, very clean, friendly, where we eat a family cuisine and good taste for a more than correct price. first menu at 16€.

Reservation for a group, with order of a surprise birthday cake for twelve people. the price of the cake was unsurely expensive (and I know the prices of the pastry in restoration)! and, moreover, the price was non-negotiable, nothing to do business is business! without us tonight the restaurant would have been empty to two people. at the end they chose to divide the note into 10 (because it was missing two), without showing us neither the total nor the detail of the note which testified to their lack of transparency, all this was facilitated by the atmosphere of the party that drowns any idea of auditing accounts (they have seen well). They claimed to offer the aperitives, (in the end, no one was able to check.) and they made us pay the deserts of the chosen menus, deserts that we have never seen coming since they brought the birthday cake before (bel and well billed at the strong price, he)! and then they offered us coffees! (Maybe they even charged us with the menus of the two missing people, I wouldn't be surprised given the final price per person)! What a spirit! I will not put my feet back on it, especially since their relationship to the customer leaves as much to be desired as the quality of their meal! That's it!

Very medium reception . very slow service ,if you are not workers . very average food and expensive prices for what you are used . I will not recommend this establishment.
