The Big Biscuit - Saint Joseph

Pancakes are GIANT. Waitress are super nice and respectful, place was clean. I am from Texas and I will be coming again every time I’m in town.

EVERYTHING was great and well prepared. Servers were great and attentive. My only drawback was the price. I fully understand that higher quality comes with higher prices but I think they went overboard here. I would definitely recommend but would warn of the cost.

I really enjoyed it here!! The gals were just amazing! Amanda made my rough morning a lot better and brought a smile to my face! She's a blessing! The food??? AWESOME!!! Texas sized portions and Holy cow delicious!!! DEFINITELY will visit when I'm in the area again!!! Thank you!

Food was fine. Had to get our own salt off another table get up again ask for several things. It wasn't busy but the last time I went to the counter to ask for something I saw there was a staff meeting in the back.

Large portion on a pancake, omelette, biscuit collaboration. Overall okay taste, certainly not James Beard worthy. Server was friendly. Huge drawback was we were there right at lunchtime. Not crowded (red flag). It took well over 10 minutes to get seated (we finally just picked a table). The very few staff we saw walking around avoided eye contact in our direction.
