Papa John's Pizza - SAINT JOHNS

IF YOU WANT COVID-19 ORDER OF THE STORE We ordered a pizza tonight that you delivered it, my children picked up the pizza, took it in and opened it up not to know it was the wrong order. I called the store to let her know... Ryan the manager told us to give the pizza back to the driver so he could REDELIVER the right customer. He got a stance with me and hanged when I tried to explain that I didn't think it was a good idea to hand over pizzas from house to house in the current situation in which we are all. I called back and asked for a refund as well as the owners, but he started again (Super-Profi). If my pizza was in another house and I didn't know, I'd be livid. I'll never order from them again what a bunch of unprofessional unhygienic pigs.

Order Papadias, good taste and taste, but very little filling inside. also ordered mushrooms that were not there.

I have a problem with a new order. It took some time before the manager came back with me since he left town. When he called back, he ensured that I was well looked after and that my concerns were addressed.

Very nice staff. ... Order special pizza a deluxe. All toppings were cold/not boiled; I like my pizza toppings to be hot. As if they cooked pizza w/cheese, they threw cold blows on it. Also the mushrooms were raw, the cut ham was cold, but what put it above was the white onions were not really crispy on the top of the hot bubbly cheese cold ham. Deception to stop for $26 pizza to get it home and it's just not good.

I call it?s 10:27 when they answer guy answered says sorry to inform u but we are closed.... BUT TECHNICALLY THEY CLOSE AT 10:30z which means they were being lazy. I was going to pick it up. I?ve worked in the restaurant industry too many years to count and even if someone calls or shows up and it?s not the exact minute we are to close we STILL SERVE THEM TAKE THEIR ORDER!!! No questions asked!! I realize it?s not nice BUT they were still technically OPEN!!! Although I?ve always had a great experience at this location, I?m still upset they WOULDN?T JUST SAY YES WHAT CAN I GET FOR YOU? I?m a mother to three kids have a hubby we had a long night and all EVERYONE WANTED WAS THEIR FAVORITE PAPA ? JOHNS PIZZA. But noooo, no Pizza for us!!
