Jimmy John's - Saint John

The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, their sandwich-making skills leave much to be desired. I used to be a very loyal customer, ordering weekly or bi-weekly. However, I stopped because my sandwiches were consistently getting messed up. After more than a month since my last order, I had a craving and decided to give it another try, but this is what I received. It's honestly the worst I've had. Definitely not worth the $8!

I waited over an hour for my sandwich to be delivered to my workplace, which is just a 2-minute drive away. During my first two calls, a guy answered who was polite and said they were overwhelmed but promised to get my order out quickly. However, when I called a third time, a young man answered who was quite rude. He mentioned he was heading out with my order but also complained about having a million other sandwiches to deliver, implying they were doing their best. (I didn’t catch his name.) His attitude was definitely not one of good customer service, and he shouldn’t be answering the phones. I usually don’t write negative reviews and I’m not an impatient person, but if I were the manager, I’d consider bringing in more staff or finding better help. Excellent service in a bustling location. The food is consistently good! I will definitely return. If you order the appetizer, it’s always ready when you arrive.
