Première expérience à ce Resto, fabuleux ! Les élèves sont aux petits soins et le service est ausgezeichnet. Que dire de la nourriture, tout était bon. Du saumon à la joue de boeuf, les cuissons étaient parfaites. Les Desserts sont succulents. Encouragons la relève. Un gros coup de coeur.

It is a restaurant managed by the Cégep de St-Jérôme. It's a place of learning before being a restaurant. Reservations are mandatory! the menu has 2 options, if you go to two, you each have an option. For example, you cannot take 2 beefs or 2 fish. It's 1 beef and 1 fish. for each table. even for entry and desserts. stress, nervousness or inexperience of service feels a little bit. But there's a hotel master looking at the ground, so there's always someone to catch up with the ball. I loved my experience. The price is excellent, the place is fabulous. I like it a lot and even if it wasn't a school restaurant, I'll be back.

This is a training restaurant, so waiter and cook are students. they are very friendly and ultra-professional. the decor is modern and very pretty, like the background music.
