La Prep - Saint Ives Australia

Having walked past this small sandwich/salad cafe many times before, I decided to finally venture in to see what they offered and have to say I was pleasantly surprised. With a selection of paninis, wraps and salads, La Prep doesn't venture to far down the path of choice but makes up for it with a variety of flavours for a decent price.<br/ <br/ Today I enjoyed a Turkey panini with two side salads an apple/raisin combination a pepper/cucumber salad and enjoyed each bite. And while I was tempted by their desert items, will power won out for a change.<br/ <br/ There isn't much seating, but having scored a seat enjoyed the continual flow of people in and out a good sign in my mind (especially as many seemed to be regulars).

My review is mainly for the smoothie I had today. All I can say is wow... First ever mojito smoothie I had in my life and it was the BOMB.<br/ As for the turkey wrap... Meh, kinda boring but you know what, it is a very healthy lunch. I'm coming back for that smoothie, wow! What a nice surprise! The decor is nicely set up and it's a lovely place<br/
