I went to this restaurant because he was right next to a professional appointment, and frankly it was perfect. Small decor (very) sober vintage chic style, a very nice young waitress with stunning eyes, and a day pizza with foie gras cream to fall on the ground, and served quickly. For me it's the recipe for success. A big bravo!
Pizzas are disappointing. Just cooked and dry, acid tomato. It's hard not to like pizza... First attempt, which is also the last. Too bad.
First visit to this restaurant. Glad to find an Italian cooking establishment not very far from home. The setting is pleasant, the restaurant is not very large but well decorated, well appointed. It seems to be a family restaurant. The menu offers a reduced choice of dishes (some antipasti (entrances, some primi (pasta, a few pizzes but it’s good sign, the establishment doesn’t want to bet on the amount of dishes and prefers to focus on quality. The prices are pleasantly reasonable (from 19,90€ in the evening! . It is so rare to eat at prices in 2019. We command the entries: correct result for the caprese salad and melone prosciutto (can be flavored for melon . For the hot dish: Capricciosa pizza and spaghetti del campidano. For pasta, generous quantity (finally! and satisfactory flavours, but too abundant sauce (troppo pomodoro! . For pizza, well disappointed with the result, the dough is not very mellow and has an insipid flavor. There is a lack of certain know-how on the preparation of the dough and its cooking. As for the ingredients on the pizza, they are of very correct quality and faithful to the recipe. But the whole is not exceptional, including visually ( Pizza is aesthetically not very successful. For desserts, we choose gelato balls (good but very ordinary and a small all’amalfitana, unabundant and a little banal. The service is fast and rather efficient, but the waitress is not jovial and a little stressed by the reproaches of the young person in charge (who has no delicacy to understand that the waitress cannot close the glass door without stopping when she goes out to go to the terrace. Conclusion: we are unfortunately not convinced by the overall quality of the facility, even if we recognize the few good efforts provided. There is nothing very original, delicious. We also think it is useless to continue making a pizza that is unconvincing, everyone in fact and almost all hurt it. It would be more opportune to propose VRAIES Italian specialties less known, homemade and delicious (ravioli fatti in casa, salsiccia alla griglia con patate, vitello tonnato, baccalà alla vicentina, ... . There is also a real Italian atmosphere in this restaurant (music, language of service, why not singers from time to time. This criticism is severe but frank and not pretentious, we are true lovers of Italian cuisine (I am myself Italian . We thank the team for its efforts and hope to return home to enjoy a better result.
