La Chouape - Saint-Félicien

After mountain biking for hours in rain and mud were my wife and I ready for some big microbrows. la chouape was just the place we were looking for. the hüftmikrobrauerei had many tables in a high-boiling main room as well as...covered and uncovered terraces that were visible through the huge open garage door. the place was busy, but still much space for us. They offered at least 8-9 different brews on hahn and another long list in bottles. there were various offers from seasonal and paleal to some Belgian stylales and even some darker beers. my wife enjoyed her blonde ipa and my building was smooth and refreshing. the beer to rave over, but was le bleu des bleuets, a blueberry beer that had great aroma and color with a refreshing blueberry aroma without being sweet. I tend to avoid fruit beer as they can often be too sweet, but not these. the brewery serves some barmunchies like wing, pizza, nachos and they all seemed good, but we hoped for more dinner options. it would be great if they expanded to offer a few Entree options, but that wouldn't stop me from going over and over again. I suggest that anyone who passes through and loves bier should stop and check this place.

Popular local bar with bar food (with local ingredients) and drinks. the food proportions were small, but was good. limited parking.

The portions are not particularly large, but the food and drinks are delicious and highlight local drinks and ingredients. a beautiful atmosphere just a few steps from the impressive fountain of St-Felicien.

We couldn't visit the place because we were with our children and alcohol is sold inside. but I give the place and above all the beer, la chouape five stars. we enjoyed this beer (I especially the ambré along the lac. very. very good.

Le lieu est beau, mais bonne chance si vous n'avez pas réservé. Le choix de bière est intéressant, mais peu décrit dans le menu. La description des bières était plus clair dans les toilettes sur leur mural Lol.Notre serveuse n'était pas d'une grande aide non plus pour éclairer nos choix. En bout de ligne, endroit chouette pour une broue quand tu sais ce que tu veux.
