Jimmy Johns - Saint Cloud

One of the only food places open late into the night. Went in and ordered 2 Giant sandwiches and got 2 free sides that night (My guest and I chose pickles). Sandwiches were made extremely quick, when leaving though I was confused as to why there were only 3 sandwiches and not 4. Went back inside and politely inquired about the missing sandwich, turns out they made a regular instead of a giant for one of them. The correction was made, and even though I offered to pay the difference, they gave us the sandwich gratis. Everyone was super friendly, with A+ customer service.

The people were very professional and very courteous. Pleasant atmosphere would definitely eat here again if I am ever back in st cloud. Thank you for your service.

We were coming back from a large wedding and stopped in. Very busy. We had 8 people with us. They were perfectly staffed. When I ordered my sandwich it was pretty much done by the time I was paying for it Definitely freaky fast and no corners were cut. We stayed for 3 days and had ate here 2 times a day for 3 days

This streetside location is a pretty straightforward franchise. The service has always been better than average. Parking can be a hassle depending on what else is going on downtown.

My husband and I attended a show at the bar across the street and afterwards we went to Jimmy Johns for a sandwich. I was pretty frantic because my purse had just been stolen so I didn?t really feel like eating. The individuals working urged me to order anddidn?t charge me for a sub!! They were selfless and extremely kind hearted! It meant so much to me, especially in that moment!!10/10 recommended!! Thank you for your kindness! ??????????
