Chicken Salad Chick - Saint Augustine

This place, run by SureChic LLC served us Olivia flavored chicken salad which contained, as my Wife described grizzle . One hour later we were BOTH vomiting for 24 hours. After sampling Chicken Salad Chick at the Taste of the 24 Hours, we were hooked. We ate at this franchise several dozen times because my Wife is a picky eater.This week while watching our Grandkids, we picked up some salad from their staff whom pulled the Olivia from the waiting stacks of salad to the right of the counter (in a cooler shelf unit).Obviously the cooler did not work.I call for a good surprise inspection.

Staff was wonderful! Restaurant was clean. Food was fresh and delicious!

Never in my life did I think I would be one to like chicken salad but this place has most definitely changed my mind! The food is delicious. The service is superb. There is never more than a couple minutes. Wait to actually receive your food restaurant is clean. Bathrooms are clean. I really can't go wrong with this place.

For lunch I had a cup of the extraordinary thick and off the chart delicious potato soup. So very flavorful. I highly recommend it...BUT... I also had the cranberry Kelli chicken salad scoop. It was the very opposite of the soup. Boring. Total lack of imagination and possibilities. A shame after the soup. It's as if a 3 yr old ground up some chicken and threw in a few cranberries with nothing else. Flat. Tasteless. I think you get the idea.
