Papa Johns Pizza - Sahibabad

Papa John's is by the far the worst pizza I've ever had outside of school pizza on Fridays. I'm disappointed I just spent $30 on this pizza. Soon as I picked up a slice everything fell off, and there was way too much sauce.

We have been ordering this pizza ALOT in the past year and they never disappoint! I have to say I am impressed every time we get delivery. The pizza is always piping hot, fresh and oh so cheesy. We always put the order in online and then call and talk to someone in the store to verify that they got our request for mushrooms on 1/2 our pizza. They are always so friendly and accommodating. Kudos to the delivery drivers as well! They are all so friendly and polite. We get the stuff crust, all veggies and cheese bread sticks. Haven't had a bad order yet. I would definitely recommend this location. They do a great job!

I order from here with door dash because I love their pizza, breadsticks and garlic knots.... When they bake it right, which is maybe 1 out of 5 times. The last several orders have been burnt and once there was no sauce on the garlic knots.This last order I placed, I called and spoke to a woman who claimed to be the assistant manager, before I place the order. I asked if they could please not overtake it because the last order I placed was burnt. I was confident I would receive perfectly cooked food.I received my order and it was burnt. I chose normal bake, not over bake. I called and spoke with this woman again and she said she baked it herself and it wasn't over baked. She put it for the correct time. It takes common sense to see that no matter what time you chose, you should never send this food to a customer looking the way this food looks. It's burnt. I asked her if I chose well done, if it would be black and she said yes.I've gotten the garlic knots and breadsticks dozens of times and when they are cooked correctly they look like the advertised photo. How can the assistant manager not see how overbaked the food is??

I order a large pizza and cheese sticks and it wasn’t ready at the time it said to pick up at so I waited. By the time I got the pizza got home to eat it it was wrong was missing the sausages I paid for to have on the pizza with my pepperoni and jalapeños won’t be ordering here anymore.
