I ate here for lunch and was not a huge fan of their food. However, the place was nice and the staff were AMAZING, which is why i added an extra star.The food though.. is a diff story. I got the tuna tartare and that was not very good. Got the spaghetti as well and that wasnt the best either. It didnt have any meat on it… for $30…? Come onnn

Yesterday I had the unfortunate experience of dining at Tutto and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I've ever had. Not only was the wait excessively long. Even though I had a reservation, but the behavior of the manager left a bitter taste in my mouth.Upon arriving at the restaurant, I was informed of that they were running a bit behind. While I understand that busy establishments can have delays, an hour-long wait seemed excessive and poorly managed. The lack of effective communication and organization made the wait feel even longer and more frustrating.To make matters worse, the manager's attitude towards the situation was nothing short of rude and dismissive. When approached for an update or to express our concerns, the manager Jen displayed an utter lack of empathy and professionalism. Instead of addressing our valid concerns, we were met with condescending remarks “sorry I don’t know how I would feel if I was in your shoes because I’m not” and “sorry that you feel that way” and an overall apathetic demeanor. This behavior only exacerbated the frustration and disappointment we felt.When we finally got seated, the overall dining experience failed to compensate for the arduous wait. The quality of the food was average at best, and the service lacked the attentiveness and warmth one would expect. It was evident that the staff, likely influenced by the manager's behavior, were disengaged and disinterested in providing a memorable dining experience.A long wait can be forgivable if the restaurant makes efforts to rectify the situation and deliver exceptional service. However, the combination of an hour-long wait and a rude manager creates an atmosphere of discomfort and dissatisfaction. It is disheartening when a restaurant of this caliber fails to value its customers and prioritize their experience, especially when they invest their time and money into dining there.I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone based on my experience. The excessive wait time coupled with the unprofessional behavior of the manager resulted in an unpleasant dining experience. I hope that Jen is able to find these notes “productive” one of her responses while I tried to voice my concerns, where that the conversation was unproductive enough to makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future patrons.

Beautiful room, beautiful self-intoxicated people. The food, when it arrived, was merely decent…if it had no hair in it. The terrible, inattentive, incompetent service sealed the deal. Clearly it wasn’t for lack of help. The place was crawling with staff. The poor fellow who seemed to be our waiter was apologetic by the end of our ordeal, which suggests to me that they have a management problem. The check, of course, did not reflect the poor quality of the evening.

We apparently made the mistake of trying to have dinner here on Saturday at 5 pm without a reservation.. which is totally fine. It was the rudeness and condescending attitude of the host that made this a 1 star. He recommended that none of the nicer restaurants in town would have room and that we should try the more casual restaurants in town. Thankfully we called another fancy Italian restaurant in town and they had room for us. Had he have been nice and suggested us another reservation for another day or not tried to educate us on nice restaurants not having room, I wouldn’t have cared. That guy needs to get out of the service industry.

Most delicious food from Naples is not far away, chef Agostino and the tutto il giorno team will take you there with an unparalleled hospitality! Tutto il giorno at Sag Harbor spot is the best restaurant in everything New York State has to offer. Congrats to all! Thank you for an amazing experience….In attesa di vedere presto...?Food: 5/5
