Navigator Cafe - Sacramento County

Cute little cafe centered towards veterans. Old Army base handed over to the County. Army should of held onto the property and did an Enhanced Use Lease project, but the Army can take it back if they want to and they will and they should because we should create a branch of the Federal GOV here.

The food was warm the bear was cold the ambience was historic

It's open to all, not just golfers. The breakfast was ok. The photos on the walls telll the history of the US Army Air Corps US Air Force at Mather Field. Large screen TVs played golf and other sporting events. At the pro shop, I was able to donated clubs for use with the youth program.

Cool little place in the golf course. The Bomber burger is what I get every time. It's worth it. Fast service and friendly time. Great place to go after fishing at the lake next door.

Great burger and cold beer after a round. Friendly welcoming atmosphere. I was there on a Thursday for Open Mic nite. Enjoying some of Sacramento's local talent.
