I’m giving 5 stars because of how good my latte was.This place is very cute inside. I love how many bright purple items you see in there (from the ube I presume? . My Graham latte and honey lattes (half sweet with oat milk for me were very good. My friend had the chocolate chai which she hates- she said it was extremely sugary and tasted mostly like hot chocolate. The next day she had the regular chai which she said was just good.The fried chicken breakfast was pretty good, but still had butter on the toast despite my request for it not to. It was a pretty big portion for breakfast too- I ate it over 2 days for breakfast.

The Vietnamese Iced Coffee is the EEAL DEAL. They have a delicious egg sandwich on brioche. The atmosphere, people, and location are wonderful.
