I spent a week with a group in Sablet and went to Pain Medieval every morning to order our pastries in my terrible French. The owner was gracious and friendly and the pastries and bread are delicious. The brioche with orange glaze was a favorite.

Breads and deserts are excellent here and Mme. Moulin always makes you with a smile and her son, Julien, makes delicious bread, croissants, etc. and the lemon tarts are to die. Go here when you're in Sablet.

Great to find a baker as old with delicious breads and made of healthy ingredients... what a good surprise to see this craftsman open his shop despite the little passage.
