I don't usually write reviews but would like to share my experience here. I am a HL regular (not this location). I ordered my usual green milk tea with puff cream but was leaky and not sealed properly. When approached the young lady, I was met with complete unprofessionalism, rudeness, and overall disinterest. She wouldn't even wipe it and reseal it, despite it being very visibly sticky and I wasn't asking for a remake either. I believe I overheard her name as Tiger. Would give 0 stars for the service if I could, very disappointing.

I would rate negative if there is an option. Went in today to get a drink. There is something wrong with the payment, we pressed cancel but the order went through. I asked if we could have a refund nicely and replace an order. The staff accused me of pressing the wrong button rolled his eye turned his back and bs with his coworker on me with me still standing there. There is a nice lady offered a refund by negotiating with their manager. DON’T go there. Feel pretty offended by just getting a tea even left tips for the guy who was so disrespectful.

Staff were pleasant, drinks were the standard happy lemon fare and the atmosphere was good.

Went there for bubble waffle. They told us 15 mins wait, in fact we didn't get it until 11:30ish, and the waffle wasn't even fresh/warm! Very upset about the service. Was going to give 1 star, the bonus was for waffle's good taste.
