You have to be incompetent to screw up 3 lousy scoops of ice cream!!! And if I call to complain, the recordings in spanish!! This Rosecrans location just SUCKS!!!!
I came at 7:30 and they had closed already even though it says 8pm close.
They close at 8 I came at 7:40 and they had their doors locked clearly trying to keep people out. You get paid to work. So unprofessional.
