Palms Restaurant - Rutland

Please answer your phone!!!! I've tried to call multiple times for take out, but I can never get anyone. It doesn't matter what time I call. I've called as early as 3pm thinking I'd get my order in before they get busy. I just spent over 20 minutes callingand calling; not even an answering machine.

It took 2 hours to get our food. The bread was good, the pasta was mediocre.

I have visited quite often in the past couple of years. Love the atmosphere where it's like cheers (everyone knows your name). The staff are all friendly, and very efficient as well. The bartender is hot too, 5 stars there?????

What used to be "the" spot to take guests in from out of town is now such a disappointment.
