Extremely disappointed! I took my 2 year old grandson for lunch as a special treat. The food was cold, no serviettes on offer (and I asked twice) lots of staff chatting and laughing with each other while customers were ignored. When we got our order, it was impossible to find a clean table as they were all filthy! The floor was covered in food scraps, crumbs and bits of paper. The bench seats and window sill were litter with long dead flies and maggots!! When I asked a staff member to wipe the table she said she’d be there in a minute. We left after I wipes the table, we ate, my grandson played! She arrived as we were leaving. I suggested she remove the dead flies and maggots and she said she usually just left them because she didn’t know what to do with them!!! Unbelievable!!!!

I often find that my orders are missing items about 90% of the time. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5, the service a 2 out of 5, and the atmosphere also a 2 out of 5.
