Tgi Fridays - Rugby

I want to thank TGI's for ruining my 40th birthday. The service was awful, the food was burnt, and we had to wait over an hour for our meals. The manager, Ellie, was rude and insulting. I can't believe she called me a complainer when they have so many homosexual employees.

I went to this restaurant for dinner and was attended to by Michael, a friendly young man who consistently checked in on our table to ensure we were happy with our meal. He also recommended drinks and other menu items for us to try. The food and drinks were delicious, creating a wonderful evening and a memorable atmosphere. I definitely plan on returning in the future.

The food and drinks were excellent, and the atmosphere was just as good.

Service was awful young waiter seemed to be serving everyone food was OK but expensive for what you had. Time we ordered, got drinks, the food a 3 hour experience wouldn't recommend at all very disappointed

Food far too expensive and nothing special. Waiters needed a good clean uniform.
