Caravela - Rueil-Malmaison

Animator in a nearby retirement home, I was coming regularly to this restaurant with a group of elderly people. it was scheduled to come to lunch today, Friday, February 10, 2017. I'm gonna go check the officials on Monday to book. I'll be back on Wednesday to choose the menu. We arrive this noon, and the managers explain to us that we did not confirm the reservation and that there are no more places. just inadmissible. Therefore, we will no longer come to this restaurant. It's all the more pity that the restaurant in itself was rather friendly and we had spent very good times there the previous times. I'm really sorry.

Delighted to have discovered this good Portuguese address. The welcome is warm, the very tasty and hearty dishes. We even organized the baptism of our child.Thank you to the caravela team for his welcome.

It's quite fat and not very refined, with unexpected mixtures (I usually like earth/mer mixtures, but the pork sauté with palourdes and vegetables macerated with vinegar, it's a bit surprising, as well as the croque-madame with steak and chorizo with thick sauce), but the portions are generous (doggy bag proposed) and the welcome is especially. for days of big clothes not too demanding

We had dinner at this restaurant on Saturday night. With a 2-year-old child and a stroller (baby of 5 months), we were very welcome, the lady who served us (patronne I think) took the time to play a little with the children and the dishes were succulent and that from the fact house!!! address recommended! prices are very affordable, very good value for money!!!
