Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Royse City

This restaurant continously runs out of chicken around 6 pm. No explanation is given or wait times for more chicken just sorry we are out . When they do have some its pretty good.

I am so sick of this location! There is ALWAYS an excuse. I live nearby and we don’t have a lot of options as it is. It’s always an excuse of being out of chicken, credit card machine not working, or their closing before time. I have to drive to the rockwall location most of the time because of this so why even keep it open if we can’t get serviced half of the time?! Ridiculous.

The #1 chicken sandwich, especially spicy is delicious! It's huge, hot, juicy, tender, and crispy!

Young gal from Colombia was very nice and helpful. She had a great attitude and even though she was at the end of her shift she stayed to be a good representative of your store and made sure I got what I needed, instead of rushing out.

I’m going to keep it 100. I’ve been here plenty of times. This place is real hit or miss depending on the time of day. So I only go to Popeyes during the day. I got the blackened tenders (they were ok) but the reason I’m leaving five stars is because the guy working hooked me up with a few extra tenders. I really appreciate that.
