As owners and operators of Lobster Restaurant we were most disturbed to have received this terrible review from Josh B along with the similar terrible
This restaurant is a fantastic spot to grab a bite to eat. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which was a major plus. I highly recommend this place, however, it's best to make reservations in advance as the restaurant is quite small.
A hidden gem. Started with a selection of dim sum which was absolutely amazing. Fresh ingredients and cooked fresh to order, with a selection of complementary condiments. A selection in 3 dishes was perfect to share between 2 for a starter. Followed with a half lobster and crispy noodles to share between 2 which was cooked to perfection, outstanding!!! Service from both the manager and the chef was impeccable, where they made us feel relaxed, but also attentive to our needs. This is a small, quirky restaurant which delivers what I believe to be some best food in the midlands (I have previously worked in a Michelin star restaurant and would consider myself a foodie . Seriously if you ever get a chance to eat here then make sure you do, you will not be disappointed. The only downside to the evening was walking out of the front door. A real diamond in the rough!
