Wendy's - Round Rock

Drove through got 2 chilis and 2 big fries big coke costs $22.87. Got home and the chili was basically tomato soup (I am a Wendys Chili fan btw) and cold Stale frits. This place used to be on the spot.

Woman ordered 3 large chiles to go, the chili was just broth and beans, spices, not talking meat, crackers were stale, I was here before, but I won't go back. The service was always questionable. The food is the poorest. I wish I had taken pictures here.

I am so tired of this place and their inability to fulfill an order correctly, and then do not care. We simply went through the drive thru and after $40, she forgot a whole burger, added tomatoes and mustard to a burger when it was left, no sauce for the nuggets and no straws requested for the drinks. I tried to call because we were gone and they wouldn't answer the first time I called. I called back and the man who answered, says what should I do?. I hung up without trying to do that right. We will not return, beat your money elsewhere.

Do not go to this location. Wendy's used to be my favorite fast food chain so I keep trying this location hoping it won't be terrible. Unfortunately today was my last attempt.I went and ordered something very simple. Two #1 combos and a frosty.The guy at the window had a sizable open wound and was handling drinks and food without gloves/bandages so that was immediately off-putting. The food was promptly set behind him in a bag however he took the next 3-4 orders without turning around to hand the bag over.Once he finally turned around and handed the bag out the window, the food was cold and tasted terrible. Took one bite, got home and threw it all in the trash.This location has made me never want Wendy's again.

Remember the old ads for Where 's the beef ? I went through the drive through and ordered 3 large Chili 's to have for our dinner later. It was like bean soup, with not many beans, and seriously one tiny piece of hamburger/beef in each one. If it 's not going to have meat, at least put veggies into it. It was broth and small amount of beans. I don 't usually complain, but something wasn 't right here. I 've bought the Chili at this location before it was hardy, and good.
