Taco Bell - Rotherham

I am extremely disappointed. I am a fan of Taco Bell in general and its food, but the Manvers location has shut down and is still being advertised as open on this platform.

The parking was convenient, service was satisfactory, and the tacos were fairly good, but there are limited vegan choices and the drinks lack flavor.

I love Taco Bell! Ever since I tried it for the first time, it has become my favorite place to eat. My go-to order is the beef tacos with a crunchy taco. Taco Bell is definitely my number one spot - no one can compete with them.

I went to this restaurant today after not going for several months because of a recent 1-star food rating. I decided to give it another chance since it now has a 5-star rating. When I arrived, I saw two staff members sitting outside the entrance smoking, and one of them called the customers who had just entered idiots. However, we soon realized that the restaurant was closed and decided to leave. As we were leaving, we noticed a paper sign on the door with the new opening times, which is why they called the customers idiots (and us as well). If the restaurant was not supposed to be open, they should have locked the door. Calling customers idiots is unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant again.

However, upon arrival, I saw two staff members sitting outside smoking and one of them referred to customers who had just entered as idiots. Once inside, I realized that the restaurant was closed and there was a sign on the door with the new opening times. The staff called the customers idiots for not seeing the sign, but we also missed it. If the restaurant was not supposed to be open, they should have locked the door instead of insulting the customers. I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant.
