Domino's Pizza - Rotherham

We ordered 2 basic pizzas and waited over an hour for delivery. After calling 3 times, we were told the pizzas were about to go in the oven. It took another hour and a half for our order to arrive at our house, even though we live less than a mile away. In total, it took 2 and a half hours to cook and deliver 2 pizzas.

I love getting takeout from this restaurant because the food is amazing. The pizza was absolutely delicious, I couldn't get enough of it. Thank you for offering gluten-free options, the gluten-free pizza was heavenly.

On the 28th of May, I encountered a huge traffic jam on my way home from work, stretching from Masons to Hellaby roundabout due to a lorry turnover. I was stuck in traffic for 2 hours, but as I progressed further, a young lad knocked on my window and offered me a pizza. He was a lovely lad, and I am thankful to Dominos for their kindness. He went up and down the cars, making my day. Thank you xx.

Pizza okay but never order the nachos. Somebody in the branch actually thought it was okay to send these inedible things to a customer.

This has to be the worst outlet there is, the young staff are rude as can be and have a real attitude, when visiting there was staff outside in uniform smoking drugs as the smell was obvious, I ask for a menu and was told to look it up on my phone, absolutely the most disgusting place I have been in ages.
