Incredible sourdough and pastries! Was visiting Rossland for a week and wish I ccould take Hoopers home with me. We tried many things over the week and everything we tried was amazing. My favorite was their classic croissant.

The best croissants, pains aux chocolats , viennoiseries breads. We are very lucky.Thanks a lot for your amazing food. Better than France.

Out of this world baked goods! Go as soon as they open if you dare.

Run by one of the loveliest couples you can imagine. My nephew worked there for awhile and said they were great to work for and you can tell because the staff are always helpful and friendly.The baked goods are fantastic. I'd put the baguettes and croissants up against anyone's, and their passion fruit tarts well, just do yourself a favour and go taste.Open part of the week for limited hours, so be prepared to jump on it as they sell out of the most popular goods regularly.
