The coffee was delicious and I enjoyed browsing through the shelves while sipping on my latte. The baked goods were also tasty and fresh. I highly recommend this place for book lovers looking for a relaxing spot to enjoy a good read and a cup of coffee.
This was a great location for tea/coffee and book browsing, however it is now closed. As of this moment (September 2016) there is no bookstore in Rossland.
Rossland is a gem of a small town. We were touring southern B.C and when we got to Rossland and drove down Washington Street we had to stop.We weren't hungry so I just had a latte and my father in law had a regular coffee. Best latte I've ever had. And I've had a lot of them. My fil's coffee was pretty good too.The restaurant is pristine and the small attached book store is stocked with an eclectic selection. The owner is Australian (every ski town in B.C has lots of Australian) and has been in Canada for 20 years. Finding Rossland, he said, was one of the best things that has ever happened to him.The coffee he used is Seven Summits. Forgot to ask him if it is sold to the general public but if it is, I'll buy some.
This charming place. Not only does it have a great atmosphere, awesome coffee, teas and treats. the staff is so friendly and inviting. I often make special trips just to go and taste what is new there!
This is a great spot to enjoy a coffee and pastry while browsing for books. The food is freshly made and the atmosphere is very relaxed. The staff is incredibly friendly.
