Excellent service, we didn't have to ask for refills or anything. The food was yummy, I got steak with sauteed mushrooms and shrimp with a salad and broccoli. We also got fried pickles for our appetizer which was also very good!!
If it was not for Precious L. and Kayla the manager who turned confusion at checkin into classic wide smiles and alacrity; the poor look of our table being rushed with debris strewn under the table, the atmosphere would have been ruined. Certain people inject a favorable impression on an organization others destroy brand attractiveness. I want to give honorable mention to Gloria and her fain or willingness to give service in the middle of a chaotic holiday Friday is in keeping with the high standards associated withe the Texas Roadhouse tradematk.
The potato skins were too salty to eat, one of the forks had a burr on it scratched my husband's lip, my steak was over cooked...but our waitress, Courtney, was kind, friendly and joyful!!
