Mcdonald's - Roseville

Where are the old mcdonalds food service standards? no customer service standards. No one wears or hair nets. pretty sure that is a basic food service standard. who wants haare in there. the health dept must break down to the basic food safety standards.

I always go only to this place (just honestly all stalls) during the breakfast time, and they do in the regular good work. You don't want it jinx, but when I move up there is always a decent long line, but they are always very fast people through, even with only one track open that I noticed, they do that much more efficient in the last time (close them to one of the runners) I've always been happy to get my proper order, but I always try to check my order quickly before I pull off, my best to do not keep the line. a very large animal house of me is when the hash brown are cold and I would say 80-90% of the time they are beautiful and hot. hopefully this percentage does not change

If I could give this location a 0 I would the higher ups don't care the managers don't care they always have the rudest of staff I literally drive 10 min to the other locations that are way better

Absolutely ridiculous. great customer service. but a hired man tried to empty a tee machine that survived everything, not to create a danger of security, and their bosse screamed at them. She started to hit early and did exactly what she was supposed to do. they told her to just let go of it everywhere? absolutely unacceptable. I hope that girls stop or the manager stand against action. I was the Doordash supplier who tried to help with the leak.

Too busy worrying about taking pictures then taking my order. Finally get someone then ask for gift card he tells someone else, and that person does nothing. Had to walk out and go to another location.
